Warranty Policy



Warranty:
In order to be deemed "Qualified Product", Barton Perreira eyewear must be purchased from the Barton Perreira Online Store, a Barton Perreira Retail location, or an Authorized Barton Perreira Retailer.

 

Warranty Coverage:
Barton Perreira warrants Qualified Product to be free of manufacturer defects in both material and workmanship, for one year from the date of purchase. Frames deemed to be defective and within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge. All warranty repairs and service must be performed by the Barton Perreira Online Store, a Barton Perreira Retail location or an Authorized Barton Perreira Retailer.

 

Exclusions to this Warranty include but are not limited to:
      - Non-Qualified Products
      - Damage or Breakage resulting from:
      - Normal wear and tear (including scratched lenses)
      - Adjustment for custom bend and / or fit alteration
      - Removal / insertion of lenses
      - Misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or other improper use
      - Improper packaging of return shipment

         

        Obtain Warranty Service for products purchased at the Barton Perreira Online Store:
        Prior to the warranty being honored, all Qualified Products must be inspected by a Barton Perreira Quality Control Specialist. In order to facilitate this inspection please contact us at info@bartonperreira.com to receive a return authorization number.

         

        Obtain Warranty Service for products purchased at a Barton Perreira Retail Location:
        Prior to the warranty being honored, all Qualified Products must be inspected by a Barton Perreira Quality Control Specialist. In order to facilitate this inspection, please return your Barton Perreira eyewear to one of our four Barton Perreira Retail locations.

         

        Obtain Warranty Service for products purchased at an Authorized Barton Perreira Retailer:
        Warranty service can only be obtained from the Authorized Barton Perreira retailer where your original purchase was made.
         
        Prior to the warranty being honored, all Qualified Products must be inspected by a Barton Perreira Quality Control Specialist. In order to facilitate this inspection, please return your Barton Perreira eyewear to the Authorized Barton Perreira retailer where you made your original purchase.

         

        Non-Warranted Products:
        For Non-Qualified Products, products in need of repair which are outside of the warranty period, or damage / breakage caused by a non-warranted action, please visit a Barton Perreira Retail location or an Authorized Barton Perreira retailer for assistance. Please note applicable fees will apply based on the nature of the needed repair, and prices may vary by location
